These are the same Heavy Duty Nylon cleats that came on all models of Four Rivers Layout Boats from the factory. Each kit includes 4 cleats and stainless steel mounting screws which are painted flat black to match the cleat, lock washers and nuts. The cleat measures 4.25" in length, 1" tall and screw holes are on a 1.25" center. The list price does not include installation if added for a new boat. Please call for installation price.
